      You get all the benefits that a big corporation has to offer.

      Cons

      Super political. Upper level management only playing games in order to increase their power. Very clique oriented...either you are with the "in" crowd that is quickly promoted or you aren't.

      Arvato does outsourced customer service for Microsoft and as such has a pretty solid position in the market.

      Pros

      Multinational environment, good trainings, technical backstopping available, normal business working hours.

      Cons

      Middle management is childish, distrustful of and uninterested in employees. Salaries are on the low side. Hardly any fixed contracts are awarded anymore.
