      Pros

      Firstly, It didn`t match the role description that they said to me during the interviews. They knew that I can`t speak german but every daily meetings, mails, and business language were german, they didn`t respect me so i couldn`t feel comfortable anytime.

      Cons

      Definitely, I can`t recommend someone this company. They don`t care about diversity, especially in Germany.It was super hard to be an expat in there. In addition,they were not professional and were not possible to adapt to the company and its culture. Communication was too weak. I worked 4 years at SAP before Arvato so I didn`t have disaster experience like this.
