      Pros

      Once you're done for the day, you're done. No after work stress. Nice to meet other people who are in the same boat.

      Cons

      Underpaid. Terrible management. The contract was tweaked so that we could be legally paid as call center agents instead of content moderators. Psychological treatment needed and barely available.
