Young group of people, made a lot of friends there and had overall a positive experience. Friendly Management.

Cons

Low salary and huge turnover of people (due to the salary most probably).

Pros

Great team, opportunities to grow to a certain level, international atmosphere

Cons

Closed and secretive higher management group, poor communication at all levels, salary is very low, no regular feedbacks or appraisals, once yearly review is completed however it is done with the feeling that it is just another task ticked off the managements list
