Sociable staff - everyone gets along and the team leaders and management are always offering assistance. Days go by fast!!

Cons

Shift work - the hours are between 8 am to 9 pm depending on the department you work in.. 8 - 4 9 - 5 11:30 to closing

Pros

Good teammates, reasonable work life balance. Long hours were not particularly expected. Nice offices with good facilities, canteen, etc.

Cons

Quite repetitive, many teams were completely disengaged due to neglect and uncertainty over future job security as well as bonus payments.

Pros

The team and the people I was working with were awesome. The team leader himself was a great guy too. The business park is very nice and there is a weekly market with good food. The company provided free snacks if you are working in the right departement

Cons

Very unflexible with working times. I am studying part time as well and I needed some (unpaid) time off, I even offered to go part time for a while but no change. They were also getting rid of people in a very unfair way, for example, they had the title assistant team lead, doing a really good job, but got degraded to a normal agent again. no reason was given.
