      Pros

      1) Good culture 2) Flexible working hours 3) Can work from home 4) Good colleagues here in Malaysia 5) Workload is not too high(depends on project/product)

      Cons

      1) Low annual increment(lower than inflation sometimes) 2) A lot of things are controlled by the German side especially decision makings. 3) Company is expanding too fast and not being able to retain current employees.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with (excluding management and training department), clean office, regular wage.

      Cons

      Management are unskilled and inexperienced, the computers and phones fail all the time, the training department are useless, no onsite parking unless your the manager, only do this job if you do not want to sign on the dole, avoid if possible or go to work under the influence of drink or drugs to cope with the disorganised place and endless rules that disrupt the job routine. Finally the round the clock working hours no work life balance unless your the manager.

      Pros

      Agile working environment. If you are adaptive and competent enough, you can be success in anywhere. The same, there are a lot of people who likes to complain, they can't success in anywhere.

      Cons

      Some people with old-way thinking of mind set are limiting the momentum of company. But don't worry about them, just stay on your focus (goal of your career/life), you may make a different on it.
