      Pros

      Arvato is a good place to start working and get some experience. You can start developing your career and it's a good approach to the laboral world.

      Cons

      You have to do a lot of overtime, overall at the end of the month. No holidays at Christmas and no many careers oportunities

      very good work environment and culture, emphasize on work life balance, flexible and learning & training opportunities, lot of travel opportunities for project/work to overseas.
