      Pros

      The company gives good flexibility to employees to manage their working hours, with sufficient trust as working adults.

      Cons

      Sometime may need to deal with German counterparts later hours of the day, but generally most employees are young who has less issues.

      Pros

      Good to work in a team of equal colleagues. The Salary is ok. I was given a clear and straight-forward task to handle, and always had a team-leader to contact, if problems occurred.

      Cons

      Not much of personal development possible. No long-term perspective was given. I didn't like the region in Gütersloh, not much is going on besides work.
