      The people - made a ton of friends The employee events - had lots of fun at parties, Mcgyver challenge, paintballing, etc Great opportunities for progression / promotion if you apply yourself

      Cons

      At the time, not a lot of organized skill development Constant overtime (good for the money) No Christmas break and no vacation time in June Distant upper level management Not the best salary

      This has got to be the one of the worst company's in slough! God knows how they managed to get the contract with BMW. Not sure how long this will be retained for. HR need sacking as there is no process they follow or confidentially! They say one thing and do another. Managers are more or less the same and so unprofessional! Staff are literally treated like children and there is no pride or passion within the work place. Don't bother wasting your time there!
