      Pros

      I have been one of the last employees to get a permanent contract, which is something positive. As long as others do not know Arvato, my CV will state MICROSOFT which is a huge advantage. They give you free chocolate for Easter and Christmas. Most of the people are really great, I have found good friends here,

      Cons

      Salary is nearly the minimum allowed in Ireland. Impossible to grow within the company. Forget to have a normal life as, depending on the team you work for, you might work during holidays/weekends/night. No pension, no benefits. You are basically a puppet working and taking days off when they decide. Management is horrible, lack of knowledge is spread between training and managers. We have a pool table but they take the cues away when they wish so you won't be able to relax. Food is actually not that cheap, but at least you can pick some.
