Pros

The management team does a good job in keeping its employees satisfied and they are always there to help. Useful if you wish to practice your communication skills.

Cons

As a CSR the job can be extremely repetitive as well as tedious. I don't advise you to join arvato as a CSR if you are looking for a challenging career, but hey an 18k salary is the reason why.

Cons

Poor salary and benefits; vendor contract is major reason for dysfunctional culture and management style. Little training or progression

Pros

Very good initial training provided, very easy to make friends at work, easy parking, decent food sold in cafeteria on weekdays, on-site massage twice a month, free fruit Wednesdays. Easy to take a specialist task where you're given responsibility and authority. Easy to get the job, very helpful colleagues, management very happy to assist with avoiding interpersonal conflicts.

Cons

Manager's are never hired from within the company, this is not a rise in ranks job. High staff and management turnover, which means that no-body has any idea what's actually going on, procedure updates are only provided to select people who then fail to forward said updates to the rest of the company. Staff are made responsible for making sure they are updated on procedure if management has failed to tell them. Frequent disciplinary talks for missing updates that never happened. Long shifts(9 hours a day, 8 of them paid) with awkward unpaid breaks. Warning: Do NOT accept a part-time contract, they have consistently failed to pay the majority of part-timers correctly over the last 4 months. If you still accept, be aware that they will consistently underpay you, and there will be no pay at all for overtime/Sunday shifts. Meetings with management who promise to sort the issue are a waste of time, as is documenting your every shift.
