      There is a good number of great people and great talent in this company. The culture is positive as a whole.

      Cons

      Long work hours are prevalent in this company, regardless of the role. This leads to work life balance being almost non-existent. Though leadership is supportive, the demands of the business and the client is not managed efficiently leading to burn out for employees.
