      Pros

      Working at arvato provided me with great experience. I don't recommend arvato as a company to work for for life however there are opportunities that can set you up for life.

      Cons

      Not very understanding in terms of personal situations. Very bad change management. Don't treat employees equally. Management don't have soft skills.
