      Great place to work, too bad the outsourcer is terrible

      Pros

      great enviroment and fantastic coworkers. It was a relaxed job in which I never felt stressed out. very neat decoration and clean, fresh spaces.

      Cons

      The outsourcer in my city is absolutely terrible, they fire peolple without rewarding the employee as the law requires them in my country. also, there should be more part time possitions available.

      decent honest pay on time nice people creates opportunities, or at least it used to. hope it will get better again when the crisis is gone

      nothing really important, but the economic crisis is not helping them

      Flexible work place, employee encourage to work from home, and can do flexi hours.

      Cons

      The project only get from HQ, not really agile to find local project. Benefit for employee not really good.
