      Great colleagues, good experience. Good location

      Cons

      Excessive hours - 14 hour days a norm in last week of the month. Poorly compensated. Little communication from management outside of our unit.

      Pros

      The company is hugh but it's well organised. Good Staff benefit. Good staff trainning program. They treat people equally regardless the gender, race and religion.

      Cons

      The atomophere here is kind of serious rather than relax. They are not providing very good canteen food anyway. The Knowledge sharing here is not very good.

      Many different facets of services, global infrastructure and opportunities,

      Cons

      Senior management is more concerned with its own paycheck than the longevity of the company. No future roadmap, competitors and customers provide very open feedback as to how arvato is very top heavy in management and don't have enough legitimate personnel that are working towards real solutions.
