      The location. Weaverville North Carolina is a beautiful place to live. It is very close to Asheville.

      Pros

      Great staff and morale across the location. All staff are welcoming and managers truly are focused on employee satisfaction. Career growth is abundant for the right individual. The technology you have access to is leading edge for BPO's.

      Cons

      Flexibility is the key to sucess. Those that can quickly adapt to the industry and changing mosaic of Arvato will do well.

      It was a great environment to work in and the building was nice. The pay was low but about average for this type of company

      Cons

      The pay was low. I keptetting conflicting information from different supervisors and reprimanded because I was doing the wrong thing.
