      Worst ever company to work for!!!

      Zero perks, terrible team managers.

      Cons

      Even the CEO or high authorities wouldn’t want to work like a customer service representative at Arvato. They don’t treat you like humans. They play up with your salary by overpaying you and asking you back to pay. How ridiculous are the team managers who think, they can sit back whilst zero attention is given to their employees. You work for a cafe or store on the high street that I am sure will value you more than Arvato does.

      if you want an unsafe work enviroment where management doesn't care about you, then come here to work

      Cons

      no pay increase, unsafe, can't even get meetings with HR, incompatence starts from the top and trickles down.
