      Pros

      Job security as it has good flow of workload in the current market.

      Cons

      Low pay. Your pay will not be brought up to the market rate once you are in no matter how long you are there unless you get a significant promotion (with benefits). Pay reviews are only done to fill forms. 0 increase while i was there (no inflation increase either). I was told i would need to keep my KPIs up to be considered for a salary review - but few years in a row - did not get one even after meeting the expectations. Others got promoted despite not being chargable the whole year!!!!! Pigeonholed - you cannot work in other fields or move between departments if you are interested in other disciplines to grow your expertise - choose wisely!

      Pros

      Aurecon had excellent office culture and attacted good projects. There was never any issues with training budgets or time to attend. Opportunities to work with other disciplines as well. I also had the chance to be seconded to another office for the opportunity to work in another market.

      Cons

      During my time at Aurecon, they went through significant changes in internal processes. This wasn't always 'sold' well to general employees.
