      Pros

      People were great to work with....good understanding of clients and delivered good technical solutions...

      Cons

      Senior management did not understand about communication...telling is not communicating. Executive managers were very aloof, almost without feeling, very few were leaders and those that had shown leadership skills were quickly put down. Very much a boys club...with those in the boys club a protected species

      Strange and aloof upper management and bullies rule

      Pros

      A strong commitment to onsite health and safety and some very good people and interesting projects.

      Cons

      Don't even think of complaining about abusive, narcissistic bullies because they are a protected species - and you will come off second best Some really good and popular senior managers who hold the place together are being let go for no apparent reason Senior management is aloof and disconnected from the staff A large number of redundancies of very good people at the moment and low morale Very hard to get offered shares, most of which are held by the chosen few anyway Career advancement difficult
