Pros

fun corporate culture and learning experiences across vast range of products and industries.

Cons

limited growth and lower pay for blacks. Could count middle managers of color, in the entire company, on one hand. Systematically racist and unapologetically so.

Pros

The company is full of hard working, talented people that go the extra-mile for each other and the artist/songwriter clients. BMG is an entrepreneurial environment and it is truly possible to forge your own unique path within the company, often supported by the leadership.

Cons

Base salaries are typically some way below market rates. The annual company promises to bench mark salaries against competitors are largely unfulfilled. Top down communication is not great. However, there is a change of leadership with promises to improve on this communication.
