      you can learn different corporate culture although you need to think a lot not to see the picture blured

      people and the rules, sometimes I had a feeling that so called friends connections are more importand than the job that you were doing

      Great colleagues, great products, great work life balance perfect mix. In total the company delivers a good health care combined with good opportunities to develop all different skills.

      Cons

      Downsizing and new contracts have been reducing all the little extras. The company brings big innovations into their cars but doesnt translate this into their processes.
