Though it´s a complex environment and challenging sometimes to manage the complexity (main reason mostly constantly growing business) it´s a lot of fun to be part of this network organization. You get in touch with so many different departments, tasks, cross functional projects that you constantly extend your personal horizon - if you like to do this. It´s also very easy and supported to change roles frequently as long as you are curious, open minded and willing to learn quickly.
