Really Bad- Chaos and incompetent CEO

Nothing really. The place is a mess

Cons

Decision making is concentrated to the CEO. Feels like a one person company. No open feedback. Buildings are falling apart and almost a window fell over my head.

- social gatherings - buildings/ facilities - full of young and ambitious people - interesting projects in R&D

Cons

- master degree is not regarded as sth meaningful, you are not taken seriously on subject matters of your research - chaotic structures, no defined roles - wrongly matched roles - lean managers are neither leaders nor bosses, just scientists who should also take care of their group in a disciplinary manner
