      The average Salary is ok,

      Cons

      No idea on international cultures and ignorant on labour laws. The management is only looking for cheap work, moving jobs to low paid areas. HR work is treated as a must have, no feeling about the need of HR to support employees. Service units are overloaded on employees in the US but the cut on positions is done in international locations. Big buzz words when it comes to trainings but nothing is being followed by senior leadership. It is treating employees in subsidiaries like illiterates.
