Pros

Difficult to find many. I think it depends on which subsidiary you work for. I can truly find no positives for the one I worked for.

Cons

Toxic senior management - selfish, condescending, no concern for employee wellbeing and overall dishonest. Misogynist - a male colleague with the same title as me earner 33% more than I did and we started at the same time.
