Pros

Non- political as it was toxic in the past with lots ex staff trying to bad mouth and set up new business. Open communication and MD does not believe in politics. increment was given to some staff despite Covid. Management trying their best for staff welfare.

Cons

No HR and lots manual work has to be done instead of proper system. Not much career progression.

Most toxic work environment of all time

Pros

If you cannot get a job anywhere else because of incompetence or lack of qualifications then this place will take you. Also if you are a skilled brown noser

Cons

The work environment is toxic. MD in charge is the actual role model for the worst boss of all time. She got death threats issued to her at her last company because she was such a flagrant abuser. Enjoys wielding power and to threaten people’s jobs and livelihoods. Asked a woman who returned from maternity leave to resign because she has no budget for them and suggests that they might be happier being a mother instead. Appoints various members of incompetent staff to be spies and relays spy information back to staff creating an environment of distrust. Calls staff back to work at 9pm for the sole purpose of making herself feel important. Forces marketing staff to work on social media because she is unable to hire anyone for the post. Said staff resigned. Has promoted a senile and lazy man - a man who makes his hiring decisions based on who he can imagine himself sleeping with and vocalises it in office. This place is a joke. Where careers go to die.
