      After 10 years at Logica and then after the take-over by CGI, I cannot think of any

      A company with no real objectives apart from making money, and without any kind of anchor in some kind of passion about making a difference, it all becomes a nonsense. The company may try to disguise itself behind its masks, but the truth eventually will come out. I wasted ten years of my life in this charade, and believe me they have no values and everyone who works with them is lost unless they are somewhere in the higher echelons on the big salaries, alas.

      Cons

      o Understanding overall direction of company as communication never there. o Biggest issue to co-workers in my opinion: Salaries are not even close to ‘fair’.  In Wausau area, it seems you may have to dedicate 10-20 years to make here, what a person fresh out of college may make elsewhere in the same area. o Job security – easy to be replaced / terminated from company, which brings concerns, anxiety and stress. Yet can be a Pro as some pray for this. o Fear of company closing its doors after milking who remains here at the cheapest rates who still tries to believe change is going to happen who also worked just as hard as everyone that has chosen to leave, yet almost 2 years later, issues are still left unchanged.

      Pros

      Steady career, great salary, great benefits, work from home option (huge plus).

      Cons

      Recent initiative to bring work-from-home employees back into the office is a huge negative. A large part of CGI's workforce are millennials and they are expecting to be able to have flexible working options. Let's face it, we all work behind a screen. What is the reason for needing to be in the office?
