      Pros

      Can meet many people as CGI goes through people like flies. Good for networking and building career relationships. That's it.

      Cons

      This company is the definition of corporate greed. No or very little raises. Profit sharing is not real as they never shared any profits in the 4 years I worked there. High turn around and more terminations without cause then I have ever seen.

      Certain groups in the company have (0!) ZERO work life balance but very interesting and great projects

      interesting projects lots of work available well run company for the shareholders and clients

      Cons

      you will burn out one day You are just cog within the wheel, just waiting to be replaced Zero / poor work life balance Time sheets do not reflect the actual time worked ( you will do more than you bill) Work nights and week ends often Training is self financed and self driven revolving door of managers and employees you will work for more than you are paid
