      Hello. We thank you for taking the time to leave us a review about your experience at CIC. Regarding salaries, we strive to reassess them annually during the NAO (Negotiations Annuelles Obligatoires). In this regard, following the NAO for 2023, we have decided on a general increase of +3% for our employees, with an annual gross minimum of €1,200 for full-time employees, as well as an annual 2023 allocation dedicated to Individual Increases of 1.5% of each company's payroll.
