It's a pleasure to read that the atmosphere at CIC is pleasant.
As far as salaries are concerned, we re-evaluate them annually during the Négociations Annuelles Obligatoires (NAO). Following discussions for 2023, we have decided on a general increase of +3%, with a gross annual floor of 1,200 euros for full-time employees, as well as an annual envelope dedicated to individual increases of 1.5% of each company's payroll. These measures testify to our commitment to our employees.
