      Hello and thank you for you feedback. As for salaries, we try to re-evaluate them annually at the NAO. As such, following the NAO for 2023, we decided to increase our employees by 3% with a gross annual floor of 1,200 euros full-time, and an annual envelope 2023 dedicated to Individual increases of 1,5% of each company’s payroll.
