      Hello and thank you for your opinion. As far as salaries are concerned, we try to re-evaluate them annually. In this respect, following the NAO for 2023, we have decided on a general increase for our employees of +3% with a gross annual floor of 1,200 euros full-time, as well as an annual 2023 envelope dedicated to Individual increases of 1.5% of each company's payroll.
