      Nice office location at Fraser Tower.

      Cons

      Birds of a feather flock together is what I can express understanding towards the Singapore office management. Ever changing procedures with immediate implementation without giving staff to absorb the new changes before rolling out. Unfairness treatment within CIC Singapore, if the management adore you your life will be easier. Otherwise, congratulations! Your life in CIC will be doomed as you might have been marked.

      small company, more transversal activities

      Cons

      Management keeps firing people or push them to the door by making their life very difficult, which add more pressure to the remaining employees who ends up doing overtime until 10pm.

      Pros

      Can’t see any. Insurance is poor, they expect you to work on week ends without giving a day back or paying you.

      Cons

      Management doesn’t know what they are doing and are putting the blame and stress on their employees for any issue coming from their decisions where they should feel accountable instead. This is a toxic environment where the rules keep changing. They fire employees without replacing them and put additional pressure on the existing ones. HO in Paris can’t even speak English so you have to Google translate email communications.
