      Certain oerks of staff welfare, colleagues are nice on the ground level

      Cons

      People are leaving the bank in hordes every month. Attrition/Turnover is high. Work stress is high for a small bank. Resources are few for the workload and the management stinges on headcount; sometimes employing cheaper more junior staff for the headcount. Quality of your life
