Fully remote, yearly retreat, provides home office equipment, nice people to work with

Cons

The company grew a lot over the past years, more bureacracy, that more often than not, hinders gettimg things done. Depending on the teams, limited options to grow. Start-up feeling is fading and corporate lifestyle is creeping in.

Pros

Hands down the best work environment I ever experienced: - super flexible (you can work fully remotely) - smart, welcoming and ambitious team members - we're growing very fast, and there tons of opportunities to progress within the company - senior leadership truly cares about the company, values and their team

Cons

- I'd say career progression paths could be more streamlined for some teams, but that is to be expected in a scaling company
