      Pros

      Camunda is a really well run company with a great future. There's a kind and supportive culture grounded in excellent engineering. Because things are organized well, the pressure is firm, but always manageable. Plus, employees are given support and really treated like a human being.

      Cons

      While the technologies Camunda offers are very well engineered and fit for purpose, they are not particularly sexy or glamorous.

      Pros

      Great managers who care about employee development and happiness. Managers will promote training and learning opportunities, and work to make sure that transparent processes are in place to set and meet expectations. Management are responsive to and respectful of employee feedback, and have a real focus and priority on making Camunda a great place to work. Interesting work and competitive salary. Flexible remote-first set up with lovely working spaces for those who want them and a generous expensing policy for work equipment. People are passionate about Camunda's products, and there is a solid business strategy to sustain the company's growth.
