      Soak up agencies, kill all creativity, then spit them out

      Pros

      They have snacks/drinks. Some cool people. Parking in the city.

      Cons

      Corporate machine makes being creative/innovative something of an impossibility. Months to approve anything. Offices are like a library full of drones. Upper management a bunch of power-hungry children with old thinking that'll destroy the company in the next decade or so.
