      Pros

      - Lots of room to grow & ability to relocate globally, move around within the company - Good benefits - Fair pay - They are working aggressively to make change where needed, big companies move slow but they are trying their hardest to speed things up.

      Cons

      - As said above, big companies move slow. - Some people have solely their own selfish interests in mind. - Management is still settling from restructuring.
