Uses non-UK contractors in the UK to drive down the cost of UK staff wages Felt like working over a trap door for the majority of the time I was there Management in touch with finance but out of touch with the general workforce

Nice environment and good overall ambiance with co-workers. Good methodologies and management. Diversity of projects.

Cons

brand image is too IT for a management consulting group. To much importance given to internal engagements which usually end up in meaningless productions or wasted content. financial package not so attractive.
