      - Nice Ambiance. - If you get a nice project then you are lucky

      Cons

      - Lesser Oppurtunities - - Not sure why they are just hiring employees when they have a lot of good ones in house but underutilized

      Pros

      Good people, good culture, good values. Cutting headgear in term of digital transformation , and came up well after the recession. Open to diverse culture

      Cons

      Big account strategy is penalising variety of projects. IT side of the company is taking over and less interesting project. New employee background is very industry focused with lack of consulting skills. Salary are low comparing the average industry

      Pros

      The consulting company in the US is actually very small, so if you have initiative, you can take on a lot of responsibility early on. They give you a ton of leeway to follow through on your own ideas. Its very entrepreneurial and comp is pretty good. Decent work/life balance

      Cons

      Constantly changing operating models is exhausting. Some weak sr. management in key cities. They're trying to fix it with new hires, but their results hiring sr. managers is mixed. you need to be really good at networking and selling yourself, or you will get left behind
