Pros

Opportunity for advancement, if you are willing to sacrifice. Plenty of training available. My immediate supervisor was a really good boss. Just had too much on his plate

Cons

It seems like they sit in the corporate offices writing policies and procedures without considering the "real people" who are out there making the company successful.

Pros

Depending on your supervisor, there may be flexibility with working outside standard hours. Choosing the right leader can make a significant difference in that regard.

Cons

I worked with them for approximately two years and consistently observed a lack of objective decision-making. Rather than aligning actions with defined goals, they prioritized personal preferences, which is not sound business practice. True progress comes from objective evaluation and strategic execution. Without that, they fall into the same pattern as many others—playing the game rather than changing it. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working for them.

Pros

Worked at two locations. Good teamwork with fellow team members combined with management that stays on top of stock makes the job decently easy for the pay. Regular customers are almost always fantastic to help. Upward movement in a management career path is available for those interested. Free soda and half off the kitchen food (plus random free snacks in the app) is very beneficial as a single person. My manager has always been great with accommodating my schedule.

Cons

Lazy/flaky teammates and/or management that doesn't keep up with stock makes the job harder. Sometimes customers are unpleasant (although they are usually justified due to the previous point). Company-wide management often makes changes that make the daily grind more difficult. If you work kitchen you aren't supposed to change the automatic wait time but it will often screw over customers by giving you more food than you could feasibly make, especially if you are by yourself. My favorite thing is when it pushes through so many pizzas that even if they were already made, the ovens wouldn't be able to cook them all in time.
