Pros

Flexible Scheduling Generally positive fellow employees Mostly relaxed atmosphere Advancement into management in my area can be very fast. Company growth is high at the moment.

Cons

When busy, difficult to get things done Changing policies can get frustrating Attendance problems cause issues for everyone working at the time. Lower pay scale, however it is to be expected at the bottom rung. Basic cashier/kitchen jobs wont pay like a technical job so it is what it is.

Pay is decent, very flexible scheduling, fairly easy work environment.

High turnover, lack of hours given for scheduling.

Pros

SOME coworkers were great, the ones who actually showed me how to do this. Flexibility in the schedule was probably the only other thing ok with the store.

Cons

Pay is a joke. The manager is a nutcase that has no idea how to run a store or even correctly schedule her employees. Half of the employees will stab you in the back if it means being one of the manager's "favorites".
