Pros
Casey's is a minimum paying company that offers employees a friendly working environment with enough work activities to keep any individual busy for their shift. It breeds a friendly working environment between fellow employees and most management. This is a job for someone who enjoys staying busy and working hard.
Cons
Casey's is not very competitve with their wages. Also breaks are not scheduled and most shifts a worker is lucky if they get one at all. Often times work runs over schedule and workers stay after to finish stocking coolers or cleaning.
