      Annual free product allowance is the only upside.

      Cons

      Senior executives appear unaware of the serious cultural issues in the production plant, which is managed through intimidation rather than leadership. Morale is low due to poor communication, lack of staff development, and a culture of favouritism and nepotism.

      - Very chill managers - The role is hybrid but low-key remote, no micromanagement on how often you show up to the office, and personal responsibilities are respected - The volunteering committees are very keen and active, making it easy to network - Lots of young, open-minded, friendly and honest people - Lots of benefits - Plenty of internal moves and promotions - easier to upgrade once your foot is in the door

      Cons

      - Not a lot of support from the international teams regarding the outsourcing - The work vs. personal boundaries with your managers can be a bit blurred, but that is to be expected for the country's corporate culture - Recently, the budget for socials has been cut, so there are no more team buildings. As a result, it can be harder to meet and network with seniors
