      Pros

      Very large organisation who treat employees with respect and dignity, all work conditions are very good, including salary, pension and benefits. Great company to work for.

      Cons

      Nothing significant, at times the manning levels are stretched to unachievable levels, will puts added pressure and stress on staff and management, however this is the nature of the business.

      great maternity policy, salary and share plan

      Cons

      Too many managers who do not have a clue what they ought to be doing. Bullying is an accepted style of management and people who are there are too scare to raise their concerns. HR turn a blind eye and would only listen to managers' side (dangers of a one sided story). Too many office romance (manager and direct reports etc), it is unbelievable and can be very unprofessional when the relationship hits the rocks.
