      Pros

      What can I say the only up side was recieving a steady paycheck. Until Coke started laying off people, first round was 1500 people nationwide.

      Cons

      The company is restructuring and refranchising the business, they are selling off all their territories and essentially just want to markey coke. Wages were way below going market, and benefit costs kept rising. The management is not based off academic talent or analytic skill. Its really who you know vs. What you know. Constant flow of half done projects and management that had no clue what was going on. No wonder the company is flatlining.

      Pros

      Payed was better than average and benefits were okay albeit a little pricey. Worked with some very talented people who cared deeply.

      Cons

      Work life balance is bad, Culture is 30 years behind the times for effective system reliability program. Upper and middle management cant see past current state with respect to future state.

      Coca-Cola is Family. A ton of great folks and great experiences here.

      Cons

      Sometimes long hours are the norm, making work / life balance a challenge (if not impossible) but that is only for some projects. Still a great place to work
