      - good training and development - great brand and ethical company - good balance managing people and commercial results

      Cons

      - great career to a point then senior promotions are very political and it's who you know in the hierarchy - A lot of old boys sitting at the top anf lifers without different experiences or perspectives outside Colgate however iv heard this is changing since I left but to be fair because company looks after people it's hard for them to leave
