      Very collaborative environment. The teams are excellent at coming together and doing whatever it takes to get the job done

      Poor work-life balance. Leadership appears unaware of—or indifferent to—rapidly growing workloads. After-hours work has become the norm for some employees0, making it difficult to disconnect and maintain a healthy personal life. Leadership needs to better align project demands with realistic staff capacity.
