      People and culture are at the heart of Colgate, and the values run deep and really make a difference to working here.

      Cons

      Not many! As with all FMCG companies there is a focus on doing more with less, however team members contributions always feel valued. Moving in the right direction with DEI, and better than peer set, however always space to improve.
