It can be very hierarchical. It is so structured and with so many processes that can become a disadvantage.

Very healthy financially, and the ideal employer for someone to start his/her career in marketing/sales. Sales oriented with strong brand equities.

Cons

Work/life balanced nonexistent especially after recent years' cost reduction activities that led to increased responsibilities, increased expectations, increased work hours, and mediocre pay.
